This week The Times has published a list of the 2022 Top 50 companies to work for as a woman, recognising the employers taking action to drive gender equality at work.

These companies are embracing flexible working practices, tackling the pay gap and normalising caring responsibilities for all genders.

At Lead5050 we believe that without normalising caring responsibilities for all genders, we will never reach 50/50 in leadership.

Removing the stigma that men who want to spend time with their children face is the only way.

Companies that are Lead5050 accredited are proud to promote their gender equality credentials.

But it's also for companies who want to make changes, but don't know where to start - we can help!

If you or your organisation is interested in the Lead5050 accreditation process, then click here to find out more.
