Supporting women in the workplace. For organisations of any size that have shown exceptional commitment to gender equality in the workplace. They will be able to demonstrate a forward-thinking, proactive and creative approach to enabling women to realise their full potential. This could include taking action in areas such as recruitment, employee recognition and professional development, flexible working, helping women returning to the workplace or any other ways of creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture which enables women to excel.

This award is to recognise a man who has demonstrated their ability and commitment to raising the value of diversity and inclusiveness in their work environment. The Mentor of the Year will be a male, non-conforming gender person or a female who has gone the extra mile as a mentor of women in international education over the past year. The winner will have shown willingness to volunteer their time to supporting one or more new or growing organisations and/or supporting one or more individuals in their chosen career. They will be inspiring and dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
