About the session:
Your natural personal strengths and drivers determine what kind of culture you create as a leader and how you will lead a team, project, or initiative.

This session gives you insight into six leadership dimensions that influence leadership style and effectiveness.

These dimensions outline how a leader manages themselves; their careers and relationships, the priorities on which a leader will focus, and how he or she will define success.

Insight into these dimensions will help you better understand your natural leadership style, sharpen your influence strategies, and improve your overall effectiveness.

When – 30th May 2018

Where – David Game College, 31 Jewry Street, Aldgate, London, EC3N 2ET.

After a successful last event, we are delighted to invite you to
the fourth session of Coaching & Cava. This time we’ve invited successful women working in education to share their experience on authoritative positions in an industry dominated by men.

Three different women, three different stories. How did they become high-flyers? How do they deal with the pressure? What advise can they provide? Come along, get inspired, and become authoritative too!

This event provides a safe, inclusive space offering support and the opportunity to exchange experiences. You will have the opportunity to share, within small groups, and gain insight and constructive advice.

The evening will conclude with a networking opportunity, then toasting our successes with some chilled Cava, courtesy of London Nest

Registration is at 18:00 with tea and coffee.
The session will begin at 18:30.

This event is limited in capacity 60 attendees, to confirm your place please email or call 020 7221 6665.
